Affordable Housing Finance magazine featured a story about Plaza Roberto Maestas, a mixed-use 112-unit community in Seattle that opened last year and was created with the help of Beacon Development Group.
The Beacon Development team worked with local residents, organizations and community leaders on the anchor project for the redeveloping neighborhood. In addition to housing, the development acts as a multicultural hub, with retail and office space, classrooms and a center for community events and meetings.
