September 24, 2024 – HumanGood is excited to celebrate the recent completion of Morgan Hill Senior Housing, a 62+ affordable community located in Morgan Hill, California. In partnership with Sunnyvale Life, Inc., this community is our second project collaboration in the South Bay Area to provide quality, accessible homes for older adults, including those with disabilities. The three-story building consists of 81 one-bedroom apartments with contemporary finishes and a beautifully landscaped courtyard with a meditation court, raised planters and a grilling area.

The community also partnered with Santa Clara Health Plan (SCHP), a community-focused health plan committed to improving health and wellness. Morgan Hill Senior Housing has 14 apartments reserved for residents with special needs who are transitioning from skilled nursing to independent living.
