June 19, 2020 -- The Philadelphia Inquirer recently featured Cupboards of Care in a news article highlighting how the program gives seniors access to healthier food options. Our HumanGood Foundation Vice President, Lynn Johnson-Porter, was featured in the story along with two residents in our affordable senior housing communities. Both residents are leading healthier lifestyles as a result of the program, and turned them into inspirations for others.
Since 2016, HumanGood residents have benefited from the Cupboards of Care program, which has raised more than $316,000 to improve food security and healthy eating habits in the Philadelphia region.
