HumanGood announces Bethany Ghassemi as new general counsel

Bethany Ghassemi has accepted the role as our new general counsel, beginning May 20. For four years, Bethany has served on HumanGood’s legal team.

Before joining HumanGood, she worked at the San Francisco offices of two major law firms, Jones Day and Hawkins Delafield. She concentrated on corporate law, tax-exempt organizations, and bond financings.  

At HumanGood Bethany has provided legal and contract support to all departments, and assisted with board governance. She led the major project of creating and implementing standardized HumanGood resident contracts, supporting the sales team throughout the changes.

Bethany graduated from Princeton University and UCLA Law School.
