HumanGood team members Brett Henery and Brandon Mendiola were announced as industry award winners during the Affordable Housing Management Association of Northern California and Hawaii (AHMA-NCH) Annual Conference.
Henery, of Mountain Vista I, received Outstanding Maintenance Professional and Mendiola, of Frederick Douglas Haynes, won Outstanding Service Coordinator Professional. Each received a plaque and was supported by fellow HumanGood managers.
More than 1,000 affordable housing professionals attended the 41st AHMA-NCH Annual Conference that was held in Sacramento on August 30-31. Attendees participated in workshops and sessions focused on performance and leadership, resident services, and maintenance. The industry awards included categories in Property Management, Industry Partner, Pioneer in Affordable Housing, Maintenance, and Service Coordinator.
