Jeremiah Hovsepian Bearce joins Royal Oaks and Westminster Gardens as new executive director

October 8, 2024 – We are pleased to share that Jeremiah Hovsepian Bearce has accepted the role of executive director for Royal Oaks and Westminster Gardens.

Jeremiah has an extensive background in senior living and within HumanGood. He has been with Valle Verde since 2019 and helped guide the community through the pandemic’s many impacts; before that he served as the administrator in training at Piedmont Gardens, a HumanGood life plan community in Oakland. He also previously served as Royal Oaks’ admissions counselor.

Jeremiah received his Master’s in Gerontology and his MBA from the University of Southern California.
