Pleasant Spring Communities announces affiliation with HumanGood

August 9, 2023 – Pleasant Spring Communities, which oversees Springhouse Senior Living Community and Mount Pleasant Home both located in Boston and HumanGood, the nation’s sixth-largest not-for-profit provider of senior housing and services and the largest provider in California, announced today that the two organizations have agreed to an affiliation.

Following regulatory and lender approval, Mount Pleasant Home, a non-profit residential care home (rest home) for older adults, and Springhouse, a non-profit independent living community offering sophisticated senior living, will be part of HumanGood’s family of life plan and affordable housing senior living communities. This strategic collaboration will further enrich the lives of the residents the communities serve while also expanding HumanGood’s footprint into the Boston market.
