U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announces $3.3M grant for Philadelphia at Janney Apartments

June 26, 2024 – We were honored to be chosen to host the HUD press conference at our newest affordable housing community, Janney Apartments.

Philadelphia Mayor, Cherelle Parker, and Acting Secretary for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Adrianne Todman, announced the awarding of $85M in grant funding across the country through the Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) program. The city of Philadelphia received $3.3M from this funding. This grant will help lower housing costs, eliminate barriers to housing, and address local housing needs for Philadelphia.
