Andrew has been a highly effective executive director, leading efforts to lower team member turnover and bring both communities to financial success. He also helped to position the communities as a future innovation hub for developing and piloting new solutions that inspire the best life for all of our residents and team members, across life plan and affordable housing.
In his new role as Vice President, Operations and Innovation, Andrew will leverage his past experience of building and leading an innovation team at Brookdale Senior Living to direct our innovation efforts, engaging residents and team members in the process. He will also continue to support Royal Oaks and Westminster Gardens as Vice President of Operations and will serve as interim executive director during this transition.
Originally from London, Daniel brings 29 years of experience in the restaurant industry to HumanGood. Before joining us, Daniel owned and operated two bistros in Paris, and then was with King’s Seafood Company and Sage Restaurant Concepts, a division of Sage Hospitality. In his previous roles, Daniel oversaw operations for a variety of high-profile restaurant concepts in the West Coast, such as Michael Mina’s Wit and Wisdom in Sonoma. In this new role, he will oversee and manage culinary operations in our life plan communities, with a focus on food quality, taste and a personalized dining experience that consistently creates positive and memorable experiences for our residents, team members and their guests.
Daniel will also help us create more personalized and consistent dining experiences, with delicious food options that make up an on-brand, cohesive dining program in all levels of living (independent, assisted, memory support and skilled communities) and all community venues.
