March 3, 2023 -- We are pleased to announce that Preet Kaur has accepted the position of executive director for The Terraces at Los Altos, effective March 6, 2023. In her new role, Preet will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community and report to Debby Gonzales, vice president, Operations.
Preet is currently the Associate Executive Director of Life Care Services, a Continuing Care Community in Palo Alto, California. Preet has held several roles in various Life Care Services communities since joining the company in 2018, including Director of Community Relations, Healthcare Administrator, and Interim Executive Director. She received her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from San Jose State University, and a master’s in business administration with a concentration in Leading Innovative Organizations from Santa Clara University. Preet is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Certified RCFE Administrator. Preet is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. When not at work, Preet enjoys spending time with her family, indoor rock climbing, hiking and camping our beautiful outdoors, and travelling when time allows.
