October 4, 2021 -- We are pleased to announce that Andrew Smith has accepted the position of executive director for Royal Oaks and Westminster Gardens, effective November 1, 2021. Andrew is currently our assistant administrator at Royal Oaks, and has been in this position since August 2020.
Andrew has done an excellent job of working with Greg Bearce, vice president, operations, and our Royal Oaks and Westminster Gardens teams to manage our communities, especially during the pandemic. He first joined HumanGood as executive director, special projects in January 2020. In this role, he worked with our leaders to help increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Andrew is a certified project management professional, and was formerly with Brookdale Senior Living as their senior director of sales operations.
Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa. He also received his master’s degree in organizational behavior from Vanderbilt, which inspired his passion for helping organizations find new ways to solve challenging problems.
