Resident Maxine Spencer picked up her first violin more than 80 years ago, and since then, she has played in multiple symphonies, quartets and performed for iconic entertainers like Frank Sinatra.
Often you can find Spencer sharing her musical knowledge with budding musicians and performing for her fellow neighbors at the Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens.
Check out her story in the latest edition of LeadingAge Magazine.
