Nicole Phillips has been a dedicated team member to Rosewood for 20 years. Starting out as a volunteer, she enjoyed the opportunity to interact with the residents daily and assist them with their needs. Nicole left the community and returned full-time four years ago.
Nicole now serves as the director of resident services, engaging and assisting both residents and team members. "I am always surprised of what I learn from our residents. They are filled with such wisdom and knowledge."
She calls the people her extended family and the community her second home. Congratulations and thank you for your many years of service!
