On Fridays, resident Alda Weaver and her 11-year-old pup Walker stroll through the community bringing joy and lots of smiles to their fellow neighbors.
For the last two years, Weaver and Walker have visited our memory care and skilled nursing communities to offer some therapeutic comfort and support for our residents.
"It's just a sense of peace and calm for our residents when he visits," Director of Resident Services Natalie Wilcox-McCann told Q13 News.
