Hundreds of Westminster Gardens fellow neighbors recently joined staff and residents for an evening of fun, good food and lots of dancing at the 2019 Taste of Duarte. Restaurants—ranging from El Picosito Taqueria to Sweet basil Pizza—dished out the best fare for the annual event.
