Now a part of the HumanGood family of nonprofit Life Plan Communities, Hillside is McMinnville, Oregon’s, premier senior living community set in the rolling hills of wine country. Our charming neighborhood of apartments, country homes, garden cottages and villas sits on 57 beautifully landscaped acres and offers a welcoming culture for all who live, work and visit.

Hillside residents live in a countryside oasis, allowing them to unwind with scenic views and enjoy the close proximity to vineyards that produce world-class wines. Historic downtown McMinnville’s quaint, walkable shops and eateries are also just minutes away for a day of exploration. At our nonprofit Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC), you can live your life with freedom and independence — just as you always have. Additionally, you'll have the peace of mind that comes with knowing a solid plan is in place should the need for future assistance arise.
