What We Offer

The Plymouth Village Health Center offers long-term nursing care services with an expert health care team and caregivers who have extensive experience working with residents and their families to create compassionate, personalized care plans.

While outstanding care is being provided, opportunities for engagement and connection are also a part of daily life at Plymouth Village. Skilled nursing residents enjoy events, programs and opportunities as part of our broader community and lively campus.

Among the services provided to long-term skilled nursing residents are:
