Redwood Terrace is a senior living community with a cozy, neighborhood atmosphere. We're conveniently located in Escondido, California. With warm, welcoming residents who value friendship and an intimate size we are a true community in every sense of the word.

At our nonprofit Life Plan Community (also known as a continuing care retirement community or CCRC), you can live your life with freedom and independence—just as you always have—plus have the peace of mind that comes with knowing a solid plan is in place should the need for future assistance arise.

Redwood Terrace features spacious independent living apartments and cottages, as well as assisted living, long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and memory care—all on one beautiful campus.
