The Terraces of Phoenix Assisted Living has been serving the North Phoenix community for decades, with a reputation for excellence. We are a nonprofit, focused on our mission to inspire everyone to live their best life possible at every stage of life. 

Assisted living residents at The Terraces experience the benefits of being part of a larger senior community that also offers independent living, memory support and skilled nursing. Having a skilled nursing health center right on campus provides peace of mind, with care options nearby in case of a serious illness.

Being part of a broader community with independent living residents means our calendar of events and opportunities for social engagement are more robust than most assisted living communities. Plus, our more extensive, beautifully landscaped 22-acre campus offers enticements to get outdoors in our courtyards, walking paths and gazebos.

Although our campus and resident community are large, we are proud of the small-town neighborhood feel and friendly culture we have created over the years. At The Terraces of Phoenix, team members and residents are a caring family.
