Our cozy Chinook one-bedroom apartments, located on the south side of our campus, provide a warm feeling of home.

Apartments on the first floor include a private patio space — perfect for container gardening or to simply enjoy the beautiful Yakima weather.

Communal spaces include a first-floor activity space complete with a fireplace and big-screen TV.
