Located along the north side of campus, Rimrock, Bartlett and Oak Creek apartments offer additional options for those on a tighter budget.

These apartments do not bundle in a dining plan, housekeeping or electric utilities. Rimrock offers one-bedroom apartments with elevator access to the second-floor residences. Bartlett and Oak Creek are two-bedroom fourplex residences with stair access to second-floor apartments.

Monthly fees include:

  • All home maintenance — inside and out
