If your health care needs change over time, you have lifetime priority access to the care you need—assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care—delivered by compassionate and skilled providers. Because it’s all available at The Terraces, you’ll never have to leave our community to receive this care.
Also, up to 70 percent of your entrance fee is refundable to you or your estate. And if you deplete your financial resources through no fault of your own, you’ll always have a place at The Terraces.
