Long-term skilled nursing and hospice care services are available at Royal Oaks, our sister community in nearby Bradbury. These services are available to residents of Westminster Gardens's residential living, assisted living and memory care communities. Our caring, expert team members work with residents and their families to customize a personal care plan in a vibrant environment that promotes wellness and engagement.

Skilled nursing at Royal Oaks offers:

• Private and semi-private suites.
• Palliative, long-term (available to current residents) and short-term skilled nursing care.
• Round-the-clock nursing coverage and emergency response system.
• Assistance with the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Medication management and monitoring.
• Housekeeping and laundry service.
• Medicare approved.
• Medicaid approved for contracted residents.
• Respite and hospice care.

We also offer short-term rehabilitation services to both residents and non-residents through direct admission. These services are designed to help you recover from injury, illness or surgery so you can get back to your normal lifestyle as quickly and safely as possible.
