Am I Eligible?

To be eligible for an apartment in our community, at least one of the applicants must be at least 62 years old at the time of application. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two persons per bedroom. Applications may be obtained at the community.

How to join the waiting list

Demand for low-income senior affordable housing far exceeds availability in most areas, and we maintain a waiting list to provide a fair and equitable way to track interest and make apartments available as they become vacant. We will distribute applications only when the waiting list is open. Refer to the “Accepting Applications” checkbox at the top of this page to see if we’re currently accepting applications.
