How to Apply

To ensure that you have a positive application experience, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to our Community Directory page.
2. Decide which communities interest you, and look for the "Accepting Applications" icon.
3. Click on the community name to learn more.
4. Click the "Download Application" button when you're ready to apply.
5. Print, complete and sign the application.
6. Mail the application to the address provided. (Electronic applications cannot be accepted.)

If you're unable to download the application, please contact the community directly to request one be mailed to you. You must submit a separate application for each community you wish to apply to.

Demand for affordable housing is high in most areas, so we maintain waiting lists to provide a fair and equitable way to track interest. Applications will only be distributed when waiting lists are open.
