Am I eligible?

To be eligible for an apartment in our community, the applicant must be at least 62 years of age or older as Head of Household or co-Head of Household at the time of application. Qualifying applicants with minor children are still eligible. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two persons per bedroom. How to join the waiting list

Demand for low-income senior affordable housing far exceeds availability in most areas. We maintain a Waiting List to provide a fair and equitable way to track interest and make apartments available as they become vacant. Applications shall be distributed only when the Waiting List is open. Refer to the top of this page to see if we’re currently accepting applications.
